I had the most amazing customer service at this store!! I was in desperate need of a chicken coop and travel supplies for 3 hens. The young lady that waited on me (who also owned chickens) was so very accommodating, helpful and friendly!! Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to fit the coop in my car well enough to drive to Indiana with it and they graciously refunded me. That coop was heavy and not easy to maneuver. You lost a 20+ year customer today. I came in to buy a Gamo air rifle. When I got home it was missing the magazine, which made it unable to be used, so I called your location and was told they could not locate it and I could go to Jonesville to return it. Upon arriving at Jonesville the manager told me that would not return an item from another location because "it would just end up in the dumpster and that would be unfair to that store" so I called your location again to be told "it is up to the manager if they would return... read more
