I’ve been shopping at the TSC of Wichita Falls for more than 30 years now. After today, Atwood’s of Wichita Falls will get my Farm and Ranch business. I purchased a dog harness this past January which did not fit my dog. I didn’t remove any tags and put it in my trunk to return it the next time I was in town. I have used TSC here in Cleveland for Dog houses, chicken pens, Dog kennels and more and am very satisfied with all my purchases. I use them for my chicken food also, and have fat and sassy hens and a rooster. Thank you TSC.

I bought a lawnmower from them in Seneca SC. It would not start when I got home. I went to store and they told me to bring it in. I don't have a TRailer to bring it back. I had to buy one. The next thing is the battery went bad a cranking 3 times. I took it to store and manager told me l could buy a new one. Crooks, I will never go back.

Went in to the searcy store on a Sunday bought and paid for $4400.00 for a bad boy lawn mowers and it was cash , the manager at the store was rude and crude, our ramps were not wide enough and he told us we better figure out what to do because he was closing in 5 min.! Really !!!! I just spent $4400.00 and you are going to tell me I better figure it out!! Wow will be my last purchase from them ! !! I never caught her name, but I received help from a blonde cashier wearing glasses. My rabbit had stopped eating, and I could not find the critical care feeding food anywhere. She tried to help me find it in the store, and when there wasn't any, she was calling other stores in the Lolo/Missoula area to see who may have some in stock. Nowhere had it so I chew.com overnight shipped it, and Bunners did start eating again, but she helped me and consoled me- truly an angel in disguise! Her empathy and help meant the world to me!

I live in a RV park just out side of town, and we all here was happy to see this new store in Frankston. To have our propane bottles filled, well let me say, a young man, Hesston, on 11/30 24. I call and asked if someone could come outside and fill a couple of bottles, the Women on the phone said yes someone would be right out, well maybe 10 minutes later a guy came out of the store coughing and walking like he wasn't real happy he had to do this. I bought a Cannon safe 7 months ago and it was exspensive, so 7 months in and the number dial that opens the safe has broke and I have hardly used it. I have called Cannon and finally they sent me the part, but they want me to install and the warranty says that labor is included, but I have left numerous emails and phone calls with no help.
