Never thought I would review a retail location because the bar for those is about as low as it can be, but this place surprised. Asked about an item that showed 20 in stock online, was pointed in a general direction by an irritated lady. I told her I had already checked there, and she jeered at me that they probably don't have it. I asked if I could order it for pickup online, and sneered at me and said "go ahead, I'll just cancel it." So you have a sign out front that says they're open till 9:00 and it says you're open the lights are still on so I walk in freezing. But you're closed. It's not nice to do that to customers.
Can someone explain why 3 day delivery is 300 while same day delivery is 70?
