I m a farmer and called in to ask on someone to see if they had a special bolt in stock that was closer to home instead of driving all the way too Wooster. they said they had it in stock and see it on the shelf! I go down there and the lady said I didn't really look I just assumed we had one! and they didn't!! so frustrating!
I had a great experience both with Kelly & another female, helpful associate working there this evening. It made a stop while tired, an enjoyable time. Very much appreciated.
I needed help with finding a dog food to help clear up "potty issues" for my dog. Kelly, the store manager at the Massillon store on 21, was so nice and knowledgeable & directed me to the Diamond Natuals brand. In 3 days everything was "normal" with our dog! I will never buy dog food anywhere but here! Thank you Kelly!!!
