Sat on the phone for over 10 mins and still never got to talk to someone, this is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

We went to this location for the first time as visitors to Nazareth PA and we really were impressed with the excellent customer service by Lidia! We purchased affordable cat food and treats and some other items. We really appreciate when staff members make customers feel welcome because it does make a huge difference in the experience.
