The manager on duty refused to print off the receipt after waiting on her for over ten minutes while she talked outside to someone. Then Tells me I have to come back tomorrow for the assistant manager. If you are a team lead on duty you should know how to print off a receipt. Its pretty much common sense. I should know I've work there. The fact that you acted like you didn't care either. Is very Unprofessional as team lead. But the fact that noone on the shift knows how to do a receipt look up.
