Not very helpful costumer service
Let me begin by saying that the TSC store on Deo Drive in Newark is extremely clean well stocked and the employees go above and beyond to answer any questions I may have. DeeAnne Ruff is beyond amazing with her knowledge of grooming tips and products that I need to deal with a elderly rescue that has been a part of my life for several years. I need my money back for that washer and dryer hose I ordered online and showed up for and your female older employee with the black hair cancels my order without my permission because she couldn't find it..well its been a month i still do not see my money on my card the whole transaction disappeared and did not give my money back..i need it I will be down there today for cash
Orders a hose online get here it's not here then they send me a email stating I was never charged I had money taken out of my account for a alien I did not receive i want paid in full now as I'm sitting outside the store in my silver charger bout to take it out of the business
