chicks were almost all dead yesterday, employees are rude, it's so depressing to go there. your not greeted friendly. you have to wait forever most of the time to get any help if needed. hope they get some new employees and turn it around.
Will definitely take my business else where and I have tons of pets and come to tsc for everything. I just purchased baby ducks. I have other ducks and chicks so I know what I'm doing when it comes to raising babies. It's not even been 2 hrs and I have a baby that isnt doing good. I called tractor supply to swap him out and they said there is not a return policy on chicks. It's been 2 hrs! It shouldn't be dying within 2 hrs! ridiculous wait time to check out and rude employees that must hate their life. if you want to have the joy sucked out of your life then I would recommend shopping tractor supply in winder and looking for the woman with the frown stuck on her face
Only 1 cashier working all the time. Line out the door. Employees don’t care management doesn’t care customers are waiting 20 minutes to check out.
Terrible experience!!! Got 4 chicks for Easter & food. Got the food home only to discover it was MOLDY! Returned it to the store & the manager tells me “yeah, sorry about that, all the food is.” Now, less than 4 days later ALL my chicks are dead!!! My neighbor bought 4 chicks as well & 2 of her 4 are dead too!!! NEVER SHOP HERE!!!

RecommendedThey were very helpful. Called before I went said they had several. Got there they all were on sale for $ 50.00 off:Some of the boxes were bent they even opened the ones I wanted to make sure they weren’t damaged.
Good selection of poultry feed and their prices!
I Made an online order, went the next day to pick it up. Had to wait about 30 mins before someone would even help me. That was after I asked two different employees.. I was charged for the entire order and they only had part of it. Told me to wait a few days and see if it’s returned back into my account. This place is a joke. The employees treated me like I was a complete idiot. From now on I will shop at Home Depot or Hills. This place isn’t worth the trouble.
