Why do they call this store "tractor supply". Family farm is way better. This was the last time I will walk into this store.

I spend way too much time at this store! All of the staff members are helpful and courteous. They are very welcoming to kids and pets, and will walk around the store with you to help you solve a problem and find what you need. They have a great selection of merchandise which I find to be priced competitively and often the quality is better than comparable products from other stores. Don't trust their online stock. Was told by a worker even though it said in stock on their website, "That was from last year.". Then blaming the customer for not calling first. This is 2025. If you're going to have an option of showing stock in the it needs to be real time. I'll start ordering all my pet food and other products I get from TSC online at other retailers. That way I can't get blamed for not calling ahead! You've permanently lost a customer!
I really hope an actual person sees this. I stopped in earlier today because I needed help solving an odd plumbing problem, and a woman named Valerie was extremely helpful and patient with me. After brainstorming and searching for a few minutes, we were able to find a solution! While I was waiting in line to check out, whoever was on register (I forgot her name, I'm sorry) was extremely graceful while dealing with a difficult customer.
