I am a veterinarian who has worked at the Dickson Tn store for VIP Pet Care along with other TSCs for years. I have never had any one at any TSC treat me as rudely as Brad did today when I was coming in to pick up an online order. Brad was impatient and kept huffing and puffing and rolling his eyes and was doing everything he could to bully and intimidate me. I was in there today getting a few bags of bedding pellets for our horse stalls, and the sign over the bags fell and hit my daughter in the head. She cried, but no injury. I set the sign back up and it fell and hit me in the eye (which after I got in my car I realized it scratched my eye). No big deal. I’ll survive. We tried calling to just let them know what happened so they can secure the sign so no one else would be injured. New Leadership in place. Highly engaged team that is focused on the customer first.
They sell the invisible dog fences, but they NEVER have the batteries in stock for them. They are the only place in Dickson that sells that type of fence and we have to drive way off to get batteries!!! It is ridiculous that they can’t keep them in stock!
