We recently purchased a Karavan Trailer from the Tractor Supply in Mustang, Oklahoma. During our purchase we interacted with several employees and everyone was very informative and courteous. HOWEVER, we had the opportunity to meet with the Manager, Halie and she was Amazing. I purchased a truck toolbox online for pickup at the Mustang Ok. store. I received notification of it being ready for pickup within an hour of the purchase and this was late in the evening. I went to pick up the box the next day and in doing so noticed it had light scratches on the front and lid. Being this was the only box of this model they had in stock, both the store clerk (Harley) and store manager (Halie) went out of their way to offer a reasonable discount to make up for the cosmetic damage.
