Just picked up an online order from your store. The associate that assisted me wasn't wearing a mask. When I asked about the state requirement, he said "We" (meaning Tractor Supply) can't enforce someone to wear it and continued without his mask. Tractor Supply shouldn't enable law breakers while also providing their compensation.

Friendly in person, leaves you alone to shop. But they do not answer the phones... I have called three times within an hour, I get put on hold for 10 minutes each time before the call drops completely. I finally got through to one person and he said he had no idea about pricing on the item I needed, so he transferred me. Back on hold for ten minutes then dropped, again. I finally gave up and bought my product somewhere else. :(

Customer service is bad. Forget getting anyone to help you load anything!
Got there 3 min before closing needed 1 thing door locked 757 so guess they close before 8

I want to share something that happened with your worker, Misty, at my local Conway, AR store. She has always been more than helpful for me during my purchases and has always put her customers first. Yesterday, I was browsing around the store with my grandson when an amputee in a wheelchair came in. Misty immediately greeted him with a smile and asked how she could help him.
