Employees are friendly and helpful, store is always clean.
This store has it all! At times, I find it very hard to stick to business and get lost in their home decor and clothing :) Very friendly staff, too!

Been going here for years now I buy all my pet food, a lot of clothing, boots, pet toys, beds, everything! I will never go back. I have never been treated so poorly! Customer service is horrible. They act as if they could care less. They lost a loyal customer today. You can't just treat people like they don't mean anything and expect them to keep coming back. I sure won't. I'd rather pay a little more and get treated as if my business means something.
Very poor customer service complete lack of management. Don't shop there unless you absolutely have to.
Love this store....excellent dog food and products and customer service is always great!...Heidi with the nails is by far the Friendliest cashier I have encountered!....Keep up the great work crew!
A big shout out to the anonymous crew member who found my wallet and turned it in to the manager. I offered $20 to buy that person lunch, but the offer was turned down with a handshake and a wish that I "pay it forward". A good example and good advice for us all.
