RecommendedStaff was awesome on our visit the other day to purchase misc stuff. Returned today to use the dog wash station. Everyone in the store was helpful & friendly!
I had a pick up item and they did not have the item advertised so they just gave me whatever else they had for the same price. It was less product and not what I agreed to pay for, and they didn’t even have the courtesy to call/email to let me know before I drove all the way over there. Then when I questioned it they simply acted like they did not care at all. Horrible customer service and false advertising! Extremely rude cashiers at the front of the store as well! Very unprofessional!
Never going back to this store again. Needed a price check, stood in line forever while others were allowed to jump ahead. Even a customer in line commented on it and yet, it continued till I walked out. Then, a manager come out to my car to ask if I was looking a price. After an already bad day, and wasted time, I said, just forget it. The rudeness all the way around was saddening. To the one gentleman who took note and apologized for everyone else, thank you!
do not go to Tractor Supply in Lenoir if you want chicks.. no one will help you.
I’ve always had an amazing woman there help me . She’s up front at the cash register. Dark hair , always pleasant . I went to a vet clinic help inside the store yesterday morning. I was getting several dogs in crates microchipped. She saw me struggling and brought to flat carts out , helped me load the crates , and rolled one back with me. I’m horrible with names . I’m sure someone there knows who I’m referring to. Also the veterinarian and her assistants were professional, polite and helpful.
When your supposed to close at 9 ... close at 9! Not 8:30 or 8:45!! Our ducks needed food this evening and my son was there at 8:40 and y’all would not let him in to buy them food!! That’s not how you do business!
