Seems like a nice location. Pretty well inventoried with reasonable clothing selection. Employees are friendly and helpful.

How is it on the morning of the first day of a sale, items are out of stock? Naturally the more expensive models were available but not what I wanted. No rain checks were available and when I called other stores for the item, all were out except for a store 80 miles out of my way. Naturally I wasn't allowed to purchase over the phone to take advantage of the deal. I'll look elsewhere and pay the extra cost for exactly what I want, not a more expensive substitute.
We continue to come to this store only to find the dog food shelves are not stocked. You carry a grain free line of dog food we need because we have a dog with allergies. On a recent visit your associate took my husband into your stock room where there were CASES of the brand we use high up in the shelving. Her reply..."yeah, well I can't reach that up there." Looks like we will shop your Milford or Smyrna stores, where the products are displayed on the sales floor and not the back room. Bring back CHUCK the manager!
