To Shawn and his other coworkers - a HUGE thank you! I showed up not too long before close with my dog who had made the decision to roll in a pile of poo. After sharing this, he was generous and let me wash my dog up before they cleaned the pet cleaning room for the evening. The gentleman at the counter was also super kind and even greeted my dog with a treat. Again, thank you so much, you truly don’t know how thankful I am!

I would give 10 stars if possible! I ordered something for pickup that was too big to fit in my car (my mistake, it came assembled and I had thought it would be boxed). The employees we so nice and understanding! He actually put it in his own truck and followed me home to drop it off for me! Not only did they go out of their way to be kind, I didn't even need to assemble it! A+++++ customer service!
