I sent my father to pick up a Countyline 5 foot tiller. The tiller looks like it was used and is bent up and I just discovered that the tractor end of the pto shaft is missing and the end on the tiller is has the guard all damaged. Seems if you buy a new piece of equipment, it should look like new. It is easy to load sub par merchandise when it is ordered online….. 7/3/24 Contacted customer service and they are ordering a new tiller for me to exchange for this damaged one. The caro tsc branch is horrible I have several times now had workers tell me stuff that wasn't true just to get a purchase. I called and asked about a specific size item and was told they have that one so when I get to the store I discover that the item is not that size and it's way bigger then said now I wasted my time gas and they lost out on a few hundred bucks I will not be shopping at the store ever again.
