I asked one of your floor associate where your staples (Stanley) are located because I’ve seen online/website that you have them on this location. She “helped” me look for them but then she also CONDESCENDINGLY said “ONLINE maybe but I don’t think we have them here. I’ve been working here for A YEAR and never seen any staple gun.” So I thanked her and asked a young lady at the register and the first thing she did was check on a phone and voila, she found it. All workers have been so welcoming and sweet when visiting this store. We live closer to the Spring Lake store but I will always drive to Sanford for the customer service. Plus they always have what I need in stock. I wish they still had the dog food toppers though but it seems like they stopped getting orders of them. I’m in there almost once a week for feed, treats, and my toddler who loves their little tractor toys.
Women’s restroom had no soap (what are employees washing their hands with? 🤔) and a loose roll of toilet paper sitting directly on the nasty floor/touching the trash can.
