The employees are rude and hateful and have no moral about therself. If you deal with public learn to greet your customers with respect and talk to them like they are top priority. Remember customers are always right!!!
I place a order for boots for my son for Christmas hoping they would be delivered in time and they absolutely was so thankful they got them here for me and kept me updated on dates and times so I will definitely order from you guys again the boots was perfect got here when they said they would and was packaged nicely thanks again
Everything was fine until they charged my card twice literally took my last ten dollars now I have to wait x amount of days to get my money back they basically stole
I added a star since I had to go into the store the next day for something I couldn't find elsewhere and people were more helpful (likely due to my original review). The roof was still leaking in the middle of the store and the cheapest option for what I was looking for wasn't on the floor, it was in the back, which explains why I couldn't find it the day before. Original review: 1/5 The roof is leaking throughout the store and I could not get help with what I was looking for. Definitely not my favorite tractor supply.
I was needing a Extra Large Dog Crate and when I Googled it the Tractor Supply store had the best price! When I called them tonight to find out if they had any in stock the gentleman who answered the phone was AWESOME!!!! He didn't say let me check my computer, but instead said if you don't mind holding I'm going to walk back there and put my eyes on what we have in stock!
