October 23rd about 6:30 pm- I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. I asked a blonde female employee where I could find a large bag of wood chips. She told me it was “near the door,” but when I went to look, it wasn’t there. I went back and let her know I couldn’t find it, and her reaction was an eye-roll and a frustrated “I was just there.” When I politely asked if she could show me or grab one for me, she sighed loudly and said, “I guess,” with another eye-roll.
