Jeff is amazing! I called and asked if a certain product was in stock. When I went to pickup what I requested he had it ready and got my checked out and one my way. Wonderful customer service!
Terrible delivery service provided. Unprofessional employee Gary Goodman expected customer to unload a stock tank that was purchased and paid a delivery fee for. Mr. Goodman stated that karma was gonna get me for not unloading the stock tank or even helping. I have never been more surprised by the type of service provide by a Tractor Supply employee. We buy our dog food, chicken feed and livestock feed here. The staff is always friendly and very helpful.
I met Jeff yesterday who I believe to be the new store manager if I remember correctly. Regardless, he went above and beyond helping me and many others while I was there. Jeff helped with with some fencing and T posts questions looking stuff up online, checking prices with his scanner really going above and beyond. I witnessed him loading trucks, driving a forklift, checking prices at the register.
