store mgr and cashier rude and indifferent about a return of INFESTED bird seed! Mgr. just walked away when i told her my concerns!!!!!Also item did not ring up clearance amount, cashier just said”That’s the price”!!!!Never going back!!!!
Everyone has an attitude. Twice I have come now and twice I have gotten attitude for simple questions. Will not be coming back because I will take the hour and a half drive to go elsewhere to get what I need. Do better! I have been in customer service for 30 years and it takes just a split second to be nice. Never know what someone is going through.
Jayden is RUDE! We asked the price on an item because it wasn’t clearly marked in the back of the store..a lot of things were all mixed together..he was clearly aggravated, then when he finally found the price it wasn’t the price we thought so we said we no longer wanted the item he shook his head mad at us & threw down the item on the counter. He never looked at us once after that, never said a word. Awful customer service!

The cashiers are nice though usually busy when it comes to needing help to find stuff.
