Great visit. Friendly and very helpful staff.
Almost unbelievable service with a smile. Everyone I dealt with listened to what I was after and recommended understandable products. There was no trying to upscale me to something beyond what I needed. Highly recommend!
So far I can say the service department for Tractor Pros is excellent. After the first few hours of having my machine the HST drive pedals were malfunctioning which concerned me. I called the next morning and they had someone out within a few hours ready to pull out the machine and take it to the shop if needed. Turned out to be a very minor issue (loose pin) which they fixed in a few minutes. I am very pleased with the response time from Tractor Pros, would highly recommend this dealer to anyone.
