Ho preso la quinoa leggendo la lista degli ingredienti, dopo averne mandato giù qualche boccone mi sono resa conto che c'era del peperone anche se non era segnalato tra gli ingredienti. La cassiera mi ha confermato che c'era del peperone, io non posso mangiarlo, ho dovuto lasciare il piatto e non mi hanno neanche proposto di cambiarlo con qualcos'altro. I want to sincerely thank Clare Ruane, the manager at Tractor Foods, along with her amazing team. Their customer service is truly exceptional. I had an issue with the delivery setup, and despite the short notice, they immediately looked for a solution and went above and beyond to help me. I went for lunch and ordered a chicken avocado sandwich. I was charged for a full portion, but only received a half plate. The kitchen staff seemed overwhelmed and confused during the busy lunch rush. Since the food is prepared by one person and billed by another, there was a clear disconnect. When I brought it up, the cashier didn’t even offer a proper apology. Overall, it was a disappointing experience
The fellow working was really kind & was working hard by himself. Lots of seating options, but the chairs weren’t very solid/stable. One of the kale salads has been changed, which isn’t as good as the precious one. Also, there were tables and chairs stored in the accessible washroom. This is a big accessibility issue. The room needs to have space so people can navigate it, and should not be used as a storage.
