Want to give a huge thank you to the Raul and Ashton at the Sacramento location of Tractor City. They did a great job of finding parts for our 15 + year-old tractor that was sold to us with attachments that although worked fine, they were not the normal matched set. We Purchased tractor brand new at a local dealership in Turlock CA, but when we had a need for parts they didn’t support the tractor brand anymore. Finding the parts for this became a challenge. I had some work done on my tractor attachment and they did an excellent job. Also, they have a full line of TYM and Big Boy tractors, Wow. Tractor city sacramento is the best.
We were having trouble taking apart a front spindle. The tractor and parts were not purchased at Tractor City but we called them because the original dealer was not helpful. Mathew at Tractor City responded with information that we were missing and made the job simple. In the future Tractor City will be our dealer.
Excellent customer service Matthew, kept me informed daily on progress of my order. He had it drop shipped from a ware house on the East coast so delivery was much faster!
