total scammers , Ordered John Deere Seat Parts and it took over 3 weeks to get them . I had to keep calling them to keep getting updates. When they finally said they were in when I called them , I went there and they had 2 ebay Chinese knockoff parts that they tried to sell me at John Deere Part prices. Review should be ZERO Bought a 1025R new from Westby Tractor Central Part of the 10 year warranty is that you have to take it in once a year for oil change. Not a problem I dropped my 1025R off about a month ago for the service work. I asked that the Hydro oil also be changed and to only use Synthentic oil. I also asked that the tractor not be left outside since it has not been left out at night since new. Always garaged or put in pole shed.
