tractor Bob has a mistake on it"s web site. They advertize a ten year finace for all there machines, but when you try to get it you will find out that you can't get the ten year finace unless you are going to borow 10,000 dollars
I usually don't give reviews good or bad but felt obligated to this time. Long story short after 4 calls to this company for basic parts and info on the tractor I bought with a property I purchased last year. Chuck was too busy after 2 days of same excuse being the only person there at the moment. Angela I think her name was is clueless, I'm still wondering if she every planned to call me back. Took my MT275 Challenger tractor to have the spool valve fixed. I had small issue and they took the time to hear my side and really stepped up. Can not get better customer service than from Tractor Bob's. This day and time you can not find good customer service. Buying a tractor is only one step. It's the service you get afterwords that you will be stuck with. I'm 100% a customer for life. and when I need to upgrade to a bigger tractor. First place I'm going is here. Thank you
