traction is not same like few years back we are dealing with them 20 plus years but now its worse they send me to ware house for pick up i got told in 1 hour parts will be ready but i waste 3 hours there staff in loading area so lazy i went there few times same thing happened then i cancel my order went there again to pick up brakes and drums same shit happened management must deposit phones from loading staff specially young guys if they want to grow after 24 years my company cutting more than half parts from there
