Bad service, wrong parts. Last friday, I waited 30 minutes to get to the counter (the counter looked under-staffed). Justin went to the back to collect my parts. Then a lady came in after me, told him what she needed and he started getting her parts. After waiting another ten minutes for Justin and her trying to match some light bulbs or something (total wait time was now at 41 minutes), I politely asked Justin if he could just cash me out before getting the parts for the lady that came in after me. While they weren't able to help me with my particular issue, I had half the store working on it for me and I felt very well attended to excellent customer service!!!
