My car door was bent slightly due to a locksmith having to get into my car since I locked my keys. The gentlemen at Traction Collision fixed it in less than ten minutes for free and were quite friendly. If I (heaven forbid) ever need any body work again I will absolutely go to them in the future.
These guys took great care of me! My car door handle was broken and they were able to not only order me a new one, but install it faster than expected, and all of the employees that I met were absolutely wonderful
The service is high quality! Top of the line customer service. They are experienced and well qualified, the jobs they've done on multiple cars of mine, ranging from our Toyota Truck to our Range Rover Supercharged have always been superb. Keep up the good work and we will be back!
I needed some repair work done to my vehicle and had the best customer service experience ever of all the auto repair shops I’ve ever been to! Tamer and Frank went above and beyond to take care of me. I usually get uneasy about having to go to car repair shops for fear of being taking advantage of and overcharged. I just got my vehicle back from the body shop today. This is the first time it has looked so new. I’m very impressed with all the work they have done and the fact that they took their time to run a quality check to make sure everything was done correctly. I am more than satisfied with the work that was done and will definitely be back here if I ever need to get my car fixed again.
