Was nearly side swiped by one of their careless drivers who failed to check before merging. Had I not been paying attention to his inability to pay attention, he would have hit me and totaled my car, possibly causing injury in the process. Having a driver like that is a huge liability for a company. The first thing I would’ve done is sued. A complete overhaul of who is allowed to drive a marked company vehicle is needed.
