We use Traction literally everyday, as they are the major supplier of heavy truck parts here in the Sault. If they don't have the part in stock, usually it's ordered and here the next day. The staff, Greg, Travis, Jeremy and Glen are always very helpful. Many, many times they have went above and beyond to help us out. Thanks guys we super appreciate it!!
