I would not recommend Tract Title for a remote closing. When I tried to speak with the tract title representative during the closing process about numbers that were not matching or literally not adding up to the same number, my concerns were dismissed and I was treated like I was acted crazy when the numbers literally did not add up. Then there was an issue with our insurance payment, and when I asked the title company to call my underwriter to explain the situation, they refused to talk to them over the phone, despite that ... read more
