I am just beginning my riding journey and the first purchase was a helmet. I came into Tracktion and was given excellent assistance. The guy was patient, informative and answered all my questions. I left to try on more at other shops, but came back to Tracktion because once I made my choice, I wanted to buy the helmet here, where I had had such good service (not that I got bad service anywhere else, but I really appreciated the time and effort getting me a good fit and answering my newbie questions.)
Great crew and everything you need for your bike.
A nice new bigger shop.
The staff at the apparel section was not so helpful (rude) to answer simple questions to select and purchase a helmet. Not a good experience and do not recommend.
Shop has relocated to larger premises.
