We had a great experience with Tracks Wildlife Control. The owner, Shane, was incredibly helpful and professional. He cleared out our vent efficiently and took the time to make sure everything was secure. Despite the intense heat, Shane worked hard without complaint and showed real dedication to the job. We truly appreciated his effort and would recommend Tracks Wildlife Control to anyone in need of reliable and friendly service. We are so happy with his service:)
Tracks was the third company I called because the first two just never showed up! Shane animal-proofed our backyard in London and did a fantastic job! He worked quickly as soon as the ground was thawed, needed no supervision, and did a thorough job! We had to do some negotiating with a neighbour due to a fence line; Shane was respectful and did all the talking and even the neighbour was happy. I'm really glad we used Tracks.
Shane came out very quickly from Tracks Wildlife Control. He was able to assess what animal had entered my attic, their entry point, and was able to exit the Racoon within the hour. Shane is thorough, professional and explained everything he was going to do to remove the Racoon, but also future proof our home so the Racoon or any other animal wasn't able to get back in. Thanks Shane!
Shane helped me a couple of years back when I had an issue with mice in my house. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure to follow up. This year, he returned to check up on the mouse proofing and refilled the bait boxes. Again, he was thorough yet efficient in working to do what he could to prevent mice from getting into the house. He's friendly and reasonable, and does excellent work. Highly recommended!
I highly recommend Tracks Wildlife Control! I received a quick response from Shane and he was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He recommended the best option to get rid of the critters in my attic!
