We had a great experience with Tracks in London. There was a bird in our bathroom ductwork, who had babies. We hesitated to remove them because of babies, but the smell and noise they made was unbearable. When we called Tracks Wildlife Control, they showed up quickly, and managed it nicely. Not only they remove the birds, they also fixed the ductwork, and changed the screen to make sure the birds cannot enter again. Amazing Raccoon Removal Service!!! Tracks saved us when a raccoon family moved under our sunroom in April 2024. Shane arrived fast, removed them humanely, and sealed all entry points. Tracks was the third company I called because the first two just never showed up! Shane animal-proofed our backyard in London and did a fantastic job! He worked quickly as soon as the ground was thawed, needed no supervision, and did a thorough job! We had to do some negotiating with a neighbour due to a fence line; Shane was respectful and did all the talking and even the neighbour was happy. I'm really glad we used Tracks.
Shane came out very quickly from Tracks Wildlife Control. He was able to assess what animal had entered my attic, their entry point, and was able to exit the Racoon within the hour. Shane is thorough, professional and explained everything he was going to do to remove the Racoon, but also future proof our home so the Racoon or any other animal wasn't able to get back in.
