Iv had great service from everyone at the store. Sales was knowlegable, service has been top notch and the service manager has been exceptionally great, thanks everyone! I wont buy a tractor anywhere else!
Chelsey in sales and Ellisha in administration are absolute assets to the company. Honestly, whatever they’re being paid… it’s not enough. Pleasant, sharp, responsive, genuinely caring, and always willing to go the extra mile for their customers.... which, these days, is rare. I’m originally from down south, Ontario, and I’ve dealt with plenty of equipment companies, including other Kubota dealerships. Brought Kubota in for service ,it came out worse then it ever was , sales representatives were horrible pointing the finger towards the customer stating they played with adjustments , Horrible service absolutely do not recommend
