Amazing product from local business. I only wish they had more extensive open hours.
Best salmon I’ve ever had
I go here at least twice a year for gravlax. Ellen's so pleasant and warm to order from and it's always such a pleasure from turning up to the shop to having gravlax on toast for a week or so. Everything's top-notch--if I lived nearer I'd probably be going there more often, so I bet my wallet's thankful I don't! But seriously, this is a hidden gem in Ann Arbor and you really should give it a try.
