HORRIBLE! Sold me a device for my daughter who was going to travel in Europe - the device never worked, she spent hours on her trip going to get different SIM cards per their attempts to get it to work, it never did - they said to send it back and they would refund us - we returned it, have fed ex documentation they received it and they will not refund the money for the device, the subscription fees - we've lost over $600 and probably 40 hours of trying to get it to work and they won't return calls or emails now.
