The Lamination department is full of very mean and rude women that get on to you nonstop and not caring if you’re tired and not an everyday early morning person. They never shut up and some of the guys that aren't leaders or managers of any kind try to boss you around when they are not in the right place to do so and also need to shut up. Fast loading. But If you come to pu 15k lbs empty crates and they load the whole trailer- the load is more than 36k lbs
They do not honor bereavement. Supervisor picks and chooses who to point.

I was only there for the money I needed and had college to get back too. It’s never too late to go to college and do something with your life. Factory isn’t worth your life people.
