Absolutely horrible company to buy a boat from I had 2024 tracker that cracked in the front and they said it was my fault because I upgraded a trolling motor and that’s complete garbage of an excuse. I bought a 2026 Ranger rt188p and the from deck is making a popping noise!! Tell me the quality of the boats are absolutely garbage. If I knew this company sold rangers I would have Never of bought it. Buyer beware!!!!!!!! Never buy boats from them ever. I will never ever again buy or recommend anyone going there
Called Customer service three days ago and asked for a supervisor. I was told I would get a call back. No call back! Contacted customer service the following day and was told that the supervisor was notified. The customer service rep told me that I would be contacted with a call back. Three days later; still waiting! Too make matters worse, I was told that you can not contact "Ranger" directly and must go through a dealer. So much for customer service.
Terrible on communication! Need a warranty transfer done and nobody helps or calls back.

Bass Pro / White River are great at selling you a product. Also great at not covering something under a warranty. Buyer beware, wish I could go back in time and buy from anyone else.
