Warranty claim going on 30+ days now For a two year-old boat that is unusable. Called and requested half a dozen callbacks, was finally told we don’t talk to customers, deal with your liaison at the store. Very unprofessional will not be an advocate for this company moving forward. Disappointed at this brand‘s lack of concern for my $30,000 boat sitting in a boat yard during peak season.

Bought a new Ranger VX 1888 boat this spring $61,000 paid in full. The dealer didn’t explain how trailer pin activated the breaks. As I was driving back to the dealer to have a Bimini installed, another $2000 the breaks were activated. My boat has been with the dealer for over 2 months and nobody knows when they can get breaks. I reached out to the manufacturer who totally blew me off. Buyer beware, if you need parts you won’t get any help from the manufacturer. I would have given them a zero if that was an option.

Getting simple information out of these ppl is impossible. Person on phone said I’d have to go thru the dealer (bass pro) who would then contact the factory. I WAS talking to the factory. Both the dealer (bass pro in Phoenix) and this company are useless. There is trash and metal shavings all over my boat. Nobody can or will tell me the thickness or grade of wood used for the front deck. Never again.
