I've had nothing but good experiences with the team at Tracker. I've been going to them for service on both my boats for almost 2 years now. They always anwser my emails within a day and they have helped me out a bunch of times. Most recently I had some fiberglass repair work to do on my boat and Tracker was able to do it for me within about a week of me bringing it to them, which let me get back out on the water with the family in time for the long weekend. So grateful for their help!
John in the Tracker didn’t speak English or not understanding what we need so we will not come back to this store anymore!!!
Droped off 20 hp Merc they worked on it 500$ to give it back to me to not work for more than 30 seconds, I take it back that same day a week later they tell me that they can't get it to start and the engine is garbage basically. horrible experience, also if you call the number you see online for tracker it makes you call Bass Pro and they will be sure to make you feel dumb before transfering to service, and bigger lady in service is always rude for no aperent reason.
