They were very helpful in answering my questions about installing a new motor. Everyone there was helpful.
This place services all kinds of boat services. Even trailers. Could not find gaskets and correct lube for my motor at Bass Pro(they were out of product) so I decided to go to this servicing location to see if they had supplies for changing oil and gear lube in my two Mercury motors. I had better luck. Service was rather slow but once engaged they were very good. I got what I needed .
As I live over 2 hours away, I contact them by email and was very specific about what I had and what I needed. Bob Newsom responded quickly, and the price given for a replacement windshield was about $150, and the other part for the steering wheel was under $10. When I got there, I was told the windshield was over $400, and the steering piece was about $30. I also needed a front axle shield. We were on our way for a fishing trip and blew out a hub on our tracker boat trailer. We stopped in to see if they had parts. Unfortunately they did not have any hubs in stock but told us of a place 15 minutes down the road. We were allowed to drop the boat. As we were dropping the boat Theo came out and took off both tires so that we had a hub to match to the one we were going to find. We were off on our adventure.
