Just not a good place to work
Incompetent. Got here at 6:30 am, waited in line till 9 am, and after they did their “break”, told me that they don’t have any more space in the warehouse. So now it’s 10 am and I’m still loaded, and missed my next load. So after waisting half a day and driving to other warehouse because of them, detention was not approved, greedy white thrash. Definitely won’t deliver here anymore.
They go by a point system that is open to whim of the suggestions even if you call at least three people ahead of time to let them know your going to miss a day like your supposed to all it takes is one supervisor and your pointed so you could do everything right by the book and still loose your job just be prepared for that if they hire you also ask for a print out of the point policy and record all absences dates and times and who you notified of your absence.
