I cant write a great review, Hr is not on your side as an employee. the pay is fair but its hard work, you don't have a life. and its not enough pay for that, how many wake up at 4 am do your time, its like a prison, without bars. if you want respect, you got hired at the wrong place. but that's not my complaint.
Worked there for 9 months, operated a machine for 16 weeks never got my machine operator money. Management is a joke! Went to HR was told they would pay me. My manager Kevin Phillips said he turned in the paperwork 4 weeks ago. To date I’ve never been paid for it. They cut hours , don’t pay what’s promised and after 9 months of watching people get fired and rehired 30 days later it dawned on me they do this to folks and start them back at 11 and hour. I quit this past Wednesday and got a real job. Best day of my life!

White River Marine is hiring for general helpers in rigging, assemblers on the pontoon, Ranger line, and Mod V/Deep V line. Shift hours are 4-10 hour days plus some overtime on Fridays. 5:45am-4:15pm or 6:00am-4:30pm. Starting hourly wage is $11.20 with increases every 90 days.
