Wanted to purchase a used motor for my boat but was unable to make the deal. Manager lacked a Think Customer mentality. I have since gone to Thomas Marine in Birchwood and purchased a used ETC 115. The people at Thomas have been there for ever and are honorably recognized in the state. If you want people who will take care of your boating needs go to Thomas Marine. Avoid this place like the plague! Absolutely terrible location with staff that's poorly trained, don't really know much about their products or care about their customers. Also, their pricing is atrocious! A couple of years ago those fine Americans left my boat sitting for almost 6 weeks before calling me to say that I needed to come sign a piece of paper so they could get me in line. As a first time boat owner, I was very happy with their service. They took time to walk me through all the details, and were quick to respond with any questions. I would recommend stopping here if you are in the market for a boat.
A few weeks ago, we noticed our pontoon was noticeably leaning, and a significant amount of water drained out when we brought it up on the lift. We immediately dropped it back into the water, located the exact spot where air was bubbling out, and even had three people in the water confirm the issue.
