I called about the wiring diagram for my 98 tracker pro deep v17 and in a phone call that was under 2 minutes had a pdf in my email. Super friendly and no BS, Customer service is absolutely excellent.
Can't call any department. Phone system is terrible. Could have had Amazon deliver the part before I could get through to the boat desk.
I brought my 2017 Rinker 223 5.0MPI boat in for an alarm that beeped every 30 seconds. The "mechanic" there said it was because it needed a 3 year scheduled service. Made sense to me so had it done, $1500 dollars later, put the boat back in the water and same alarm, this time they tell me it was the EFI rail and they "fixed" it for no charge.
