Can't call any department. Phone system is terrible. Could have had Amazon deliver the part before I could get through to the boat desk.
I brought my 2017 Rinker 223 5.0MPI boat in for an alarm that beeped every 30 seconds. The "mechanic" there said it was because it needed a 3 year scheduled service. Made sense to me so had it done, $1500 dollars later, put the boat back in the water and same alarm, this time they tell me it was the EFI rail and they "fixed" it for no charge. Awful experience with the service department. Let them do some work on my boat and got overcharged but thats not the worst part they have damaged my boat both times its been there for service. The first time they replaced the livewell pump but damaged the hose and the pump out switch the pump out switch now pumps water into the livewell instead of out, they also damaged the seals so my boat was leaking and taking on water.
