Went to acquire a firearm for my wife as a concealed carry. An associate named Les Came and assisted us. Les was very conscientious of my wife’s limitations and made several selections to choose from. He was very learned and knew his products well. He helped us make the right decision thank you Les. Came in with my daughter and I was thirsty so I tried the water fountain. 3 waterfountains and not one of them works. Basspro is supposed to uphold high standards and this branch just doesn't care. Lack of attention to detail is causing massive distrust with the community for product quality. Plam bay deserves better. The Bass pro shop name deserves better. Do better bass pro. Get your building functioning. All of your aquarium fish look like they are dying. Every fishes eyes are popping out due to terrible water conditions.... read more
