Our Topaz series 2 has been at Track Trailer having some minor repairs done. Big thankyou to Dianne and the service team. They have done a great job and we are very pleased with the work and the customer service Looks like Tracks Back
Unfortunately, our Tvan has given us problems since we purchased it new from Track Trailer. Anything from hubs overheating to water hoses splitting and a deck that requires a fix to prevent it from cracking. We have paid for all our repairs, including a water hose that has had to be replaced four times now. Just because you purchase a quality Australian made product at $90k doesn’t mean your holidays will be trouble free. A big shout out to Scott, Dianna and Michael at Track Trailer/ Outback HQ. Last week we picked up our T4 Rhapsody from Track after they had done some complicated warranty work plus a service to the van. They showed great support and customer service which was much appreciated.
