A big shout out to Scott, Dianna and Michael at Track Trailer/ Outback HQ. Last week we picked up our T4 Rhapsody from Track after they had done some complicated warranty work plus a service to the van. They showed great support and customer service which was much appreciated.
Purchased our new Tvan 2 years ago and have used it twice with a 100% failure rate. First time out the hubs were running hot. Track advised us to source a mechanic which we did for an adjustment. Continued our journey, but the issue remained and escalated to the point where the brakes were squealing at low speed when applied. We drove a day and half to the nearest Track service agent in QLD at which point our hubs measured 73 degrees C. Our Tvan remained in the workshop for three hours. Purchased our new Tvan 2 years ago and have used it twice with a 100% failure rate. First time out the hubs ran hot to the point where we had to abandon our trip and drive a day and half to the nearest service agent. After the repair the problem returned the next day. We are told that the hubs were likely to remain hot for the first 5000km until the breaks bed in. The problem persists for 8000km as we continue our trip in limp mode stopping to let the hubs cool every couple of hours and cancelling any off roading. First trip... read more
