Ed is the best! He had me sit in and try a number of chairs and took the time to explain the ergonomics and features of each chair to help me find the right one. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to be happy with their deicison. Go with plenty of time to try chairs so that you can make the right choice as there are no returns/exchanges. Prices are very competitive, and the warranty is a nice touch. I couldn't be happier with the chair I picked!
Ed is absolutely FANTASTIC! He took the time to talk to me, give his recommendations, and really walk me through what would be a great fit for me. Purchasing a chair seemed really simple to me, but Ed really made me understand what chair would be best for my body type, weight and height (things I did not realize went into selecting a chair). He was patient with me while I made my decision, and so kind through the whole process! I cannot recommend him enough
