Very nice folks here! Prices are notably higher than comparables but they more than make up for in quality of service and depth of knowledge; additionally, the chairs do get full refresh/service (eg castors cleaning, new arm pads, etc) which certainly adds value. Kevin and Edward were a real pleasure to talk to! They genuinely care and it really shows. They strive to find you the perfect chair and, given the massive size of their inventory, it’s pretty much a given that you will find what you’re looking for.
Purchased a Leap V2 today and the experience was fantastic. Really appreciated all of the advice and helpful information. I looked for a local reseller of refurbished Steelcase chairs and really happy to have found Track. Thanks!!!
Very friendly. Helped with all my chair-related questions. Showroom is a little small so expect to wait if busy, but came out with a Leap V2 and was very satisfied.
