Two weeks ago I visited Track Office Furniture to look at a used Herman Miller Aeron chair. Kevin spent well over half an hour explaining the nuances of each variation within the product line. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. High quality refurb. Was such a great experience I went back today to buy another. Highly recommend this company!
I visited Track Office Furniture in 2023 intending to buy a Herman Miller Aeron but ended up purchasing a Steelcase Amia chair—and I couldn’t be happier! The chair looked brand new and was priced significantly lower than the manufacturer’s price. Plus, the store offers a warranty, which gave me extra confidence in my purchase. I bought a Herman Miller Aeron used chair here back in 2021. I wanted to wait to see how this chair held up before writing this review. The chair has held up great. Eddy is an honest salesman, not trying to oversell you and not pushy. He demonstrated how to adjust the chair, which I immediately forgot. I never really made any adjustments since purchasing. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend. Great value.
