Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They had all 3 chairs in stock and on the floor which made it easy to decide which I wanted and gave me no reason to shop around. Personally I thought the Steelcase Leap V2 was the right chair for me. Infinitely more comfortable and supportive than my old chair which itself was decent, commercial quality.
Wonderful! Loving my new chair~ I agree with other reviews - salesperson wasn’t pushy and was friendly to everyone. He was also open to questions even as he was closing in on a sale with someone else. Sorry was too tired and forgot to ask the kind man his name! Will be sure to ask next time I’m back for other chairs! Thank you! :)
Ed and Kevin are very helpful and knowledgeable about all the chairs. They have many models of the highest end chairs including the fern and the embody and the steel case leap v2. Aeron also. The chairs are tested and in good condition and the prices are half of what they are when you buy it new. But these seem almost as good as new because they have been tested and they still come with 3-year warranty. Free parking and washroom as well. Cannot emphasize enough how honest the folks running this place are. Didn't attempt to sell me on anything expensive. Really knowledgable too, if you can't pick one out online I suggest visiting and trying them out.
