I have been going to Tracies for 3 years.My last Hairdresser was in Tulsa,Ok. Tracie is great with my colors and cuts.My last hairdresser in Tulsa called my hair the worst hair ever.Not so,the hairdresser was the problem. I was the the victim in Tulsa .If anyone is unhappy they should return and try find out a way to resolve the issue. Peace be with you.

I’m a very understanding person but letting someone leave like this is not acceptable. I didn’t even realize until my husband told me when we was walking in a store. Very disappointed in my experience.
